The Jedi Creed

The Arkinnea Jedi Templar Core Teaching begins with the commitment: “I develop myself for the greater good.” This principle emphasizes that personal growth is never solely for oneself; it is a responsibility to use one’s skills, knowledge, and strength to benefit others and the community.

 Humility is central to this path, reminding us to acknowledge our limits, remain open to learning, and avoid arrogance.

 Speaking the truth and keeping one’s word reinforces integrity, trust, and accountability, ensuring that words align with action and reflect character. 

Standing up for those who cannot defend themselves embodies courage and compassion, calling us to act against injustice and protect the vulnerable. Equally, the teaching warns against participating in slander, gossip, or scandals, promoting discipline in speech and the cultivation of respect for others. 

Generosity extends this principle further, urging us to offer aid, support, and kindness wherever it is needed, without expectation of reward. 

Finally, forgiveness completes the cycle of ethical action: we are called to release resentment toward those who wrong us, but only after they make amends, fostering restoration, accountability, and reconciliation. 

Together, these teachings provide a guide for living intentionally, ethically, and in service to the greater good, shaping not just the individual but the community and world around them.
